Little Jackie Paper loved that rascal Puff,
and brought him strings and sealing wax and other fancy stuff. Oh

Together they would travel on a boat with billowed sail

Jackie kept a lookout perched on Puff's gigantic tail,
Noble kings and princes would bow whene'er they came,
Pirate ships would lower their flags when Puff roared out his name. Oh

A dragon lives forever but not so little boys
Painted wings and giant rings make way for other toys.

His head was bent in sorrow, green scales fell like rain,
Puff no longer went to play along the cherry lane.
Without his life-long friend, Puff could not be brave,
So Puff that mighty dragon sadly slipped into his cave. Oh

and also: look how healthy i have been lately!
lets talk about all the crazy stuff i'm doing to purge those cupcakes from my body.
  1. no soda
  2. no juice
  3. only water (about 1 gallon a day!!)
  4. no sweets
  5. only natural sugar (fruits, what would i do w/o fruit?!!)
  6. count calories (actually not so bad. i love the site i use. my daily goal is about 1350)
  7. 6 small meals a day
  8. work out 5-6 days a week (usually i do 4.5 miles on the elliptical plus free weights)
  9. the amazing thing is i am ALWAYS over on my protein intake. take that all ye anti-vegetarians !!!
