so here we are, back in Ut, for a second, at least. and while i'm here i have been very busy searching EVERYWHERE for a job...and baking. i know, i know, bizarre. i don't cook. i burn, spill, contaminate every food item i try to make. but as far as baking is concerned, i think it is kinda fun. *giggle* at any rate, here are some photographs of some stuff i've made recently. enjoy!! (the above photo is a Lady Bug cake i made for my 4 yr old niece, Ella. below is the body of the cake before frosting!)

I used a small metal bowl and baked the cake mix for almost exactly an hour.

These delightful cupcakes have chocolate cream cheese frosting (super easy to make).
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese at room temperature
- 1/2 stick at room temperature
- 3 C sifted powdered sugar
- 1/2 C cocoa powder
- Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
- Mix in powdered sugar, one cup at a time.
- Mix in cocoa powder.

These are Bran Muffins. I made them for Father's Day. I'm pretty awesome...
